Both indoor and outdoor areas for you and your guests. The 5,500-square-foot interior comfortably seats up to 160 for a formal seated dinner and holds up to 500 for a flowing reception or event.

Rates

Rental pricing for the event center. Every rental includes tables, chairs, setup, and the full amenities list. A 12-hour rental runs 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Booking & Payment

  • A 25% deposit reserves your room and is non-refundable.
  • Final payment for the room reservation is due two weeks prior to the event.
  • Pricing covers the room rental and listed amenities. Food and beverage are arranged separately.

Common questions about booking and hosting an event at Eaglewood.

We offer bookings 2 years in advance.

It depends! A flowing reception can accommodate up to 500 people. If you are looking for a seated dinner we recommend 160-200 people.

We do not allow outside catering.

Yes! We will have several Event Center staff at your event. They are there to assist in our operations but are not available to help organize, assist or oversee your event.

We do have minimum booking hours for the rentals. Please reach out to us for questions!

We charge $300. This includes ceremony layout, chair set up and breakdown. Ceremonies can be held inside or on our patio.

Yes. We require 25% of your rental price to hold a date for you. The deposit is non-refundable.

Yes. We offer 20% off the rental price for all North Salt Lake Residents.

Our venue comfortably accommodates up to 176 guests for a seated lunch or dinner, and up to 350 guests for flowing receptions.

No. Rental hours must be booked and used consecutively. Time blocks cannot be split or separated by non-rental hours. All deliveries, set up and breakdown must occur within the continuous timeframe.

We do not. We provide the event space, tables and chairs, and all previously listed amenities. You are welcome to customize the space with your own linens and decorations. We are happy to recommend some excellent local rental companies if you need them!

No. To ensure the safety of all guests and maintain the aesthetic of our space, we do not permit outside furniture, including tables, chairs, and lounge set ups. All necessary furniture for your event will be provided and arranged by our staff.

We will have your tables and chairs set up in the layout you have chosen when your rental time begins.

Your rental time encompasses all necessary time for set up and take down. Please plan to have all your preparations completed by the end of your scheduled rental block.

The latest rental end time is 11:00pm. All events, including breakdown and guest departure, must conclude by this time.

Please remove what you brought in. Our staff handles all sweeping, sanitizing, and post-event cleanup.
